A little about us

  My name is Kellie and I have 2 beautiful kids with my husband Carlos. I am a Texas Native, born in Bedford and raised in Keller. My husband Carlos was born in Mexico City and has lived in Texas for the last 12 years. My love for cooking started many years ago but it wasn't until I had my first child that I really started exploring this passion. The Pink Cactus DFW was born in 2021 and since grown into my full time career. Sharing my food with others truly makes me happy. I believe food makes the world go around. I believe food is THE love language. I believe you can turn a bad day into a great day with a meal that's made from the heart. Food is the universal language, it is a part of every event or gathering. I could not imagine doing anything else in life, besides being a mother, spending time with family, and cooking for others!
